Terms of Service

Please review these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing ConvertMaster Pro. This agreement contains critical liability disclaimers regarding engineering, electrical, and physical calculations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing ConvertMaster Pro (accessible at https://convertmaster.pro), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Engineering, Contractor & Electrical Calculations Disclaimer

CRITICAL NOTICE FOR CONTRACTORS, ELECTRICIANS & ENGINEERS:
ConvertMaster Pro provides mathematical conversions, physics formulas, and electrical calculation tools (including Ohm's Law, Conductor Voltage Drop, 3-Phase Power, Wire Ampacity Tables, Motor Full Load Amps, Transformer Sizing, Battery Runtime, Solar PV Sizing, and LED Resistor Values) STRICTLY FOR INFORMATIONAL, PRELIMINARY ESTIMATION, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

While all calculation routines are calibrated against standard mathematical definitions, the National Electrical Code (NEC / NFPA 70 2026), IEEE standards, and NIST/ISO metrology guidelines, they do NOT constitute certified engineering advice, licensed architectural design, or official on-site electrical inspection.

  • Local Building Codes & AHJ: Physical installation conditions, conduit fill deratings, ambient temperature extremes, harmonic distortion, duty cycles, and local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) amendments may require significant conductor upsizing or alternative breaker configurations beyond theoretical calculator output.
  • Life Safety & High Voltage: High voltage electrical systems, industrial motors, solar photovoltaic arrays, and battery banks present severe risks of electrocution, arc flash, explosion, and electrical fire. Only qualified, certified, and licensed electrical personnel should install, wire, or service physical electrical systems.
  • No Verification Responsibility: ConvertMaster Pro and its creators assume zero responsibility or liability for equipment damage, code non-compliance, project delays, property loss, personal injury, or catastrophic failure resulting from reliance on calculator outputs. Always cross-verify calculations with physical NEC reference manuals, manufacturer datasheets, and certified Professional Engineers (PE).

3. Permitted License & Intellectual Property

ConvertMaster Pro grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use our web calculators, conversion matrices, and reference guides for personal, academic, commercial, and professional engineering workflows.

All website source code, UI designs, vector SVG icons, branding elements, typography layouts, calculation architecture, and text content are the exclusive intellectual property of ConvertMaster Pro and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Deploy automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or extraction algorithms that cause service degradation or bypass rate limits.
  2. Frame, mirror, or repackage ConvertMaster Pro within another commercial application or iframe without prior written consent.
  3. Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or inject malicious code into the client-side JavaScript execution environment or CDN edge servers.
  4. Circumvent or tamper with advertisement delivery, security headers, or theme settings.

5. Advertising & Google AdSense Placement

ConvertMaster Pro is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other trusted ad networks. We adhere strictly to the Google AdSense Program Policies, including:

  • Advertisements are clearly demarcated from editorial and calculator content.
  • We prohibit deceptive ad layouts, pop-under windows, or deceptive click incentives.
  • Third-party advertisers may deploy cookies to deliver relevant ads in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

ConvertMaster Pro and all associated calculators, content, and materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, ConvertMaster Pro disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Warranties that calculators will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely bug-free, or compatible with every browser version.
  • Warranties regarding mathematical accuracy or decimal rounding precision for life-critical, medical, aerospace, or hazardous industrial applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConvertMaster Pro, its founders, engineers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, equipment destruction, electrical fire damage, or project delay costs) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this platform.

If your jurisdiction does not permit the complete exclusion of certain liability limitations, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount of ten US dollars ($10.00 USD).

8. User Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConvertMaster Pro, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of calculations on real-world electrical or construction projects, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts situated in Delaware.
